By signing in to or using Company Brain ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language summary; read it carefully.
Your account
You sign in with GitHub and are responsible for activity under your account, including what agents do with tokens you create. Keep tokens out of shared channels and revoke any you no longer use. Only connect repositories, files and MCP servers you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malware, try to reach other people's data, or overload the platform. We may rate-limit, suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you and your agents put into your brain. You give us only the rights needed to store it, search it and answer your questions with it. The starter kit is yours to edit or delete. See the Privacy Policy.
Answers and agents
Answers are generated by a language model from what is in your brain, and agents act on your instructions. Both can be wrong. Review answers and agent work before relying on them, especially for anything irreversible.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited.
