By creating an account or using Vortic ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language summary; review it carefully.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the credentials and MCP servers you connect. Keep your API keys secret. You must have the right to connect any third-party service you add.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malware, attempt to access other tenants' data, or overload the platform. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or run up disproportionate cost.
Plans & usage
Free accounts include a capped allowance of model usage on our infrastructure. We may adjust limits, and introduce paid plans or bring-your-own-key options, with reasonable notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you bring and the boxes you build. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf. See the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties. Models and connected tools can produce wrong or harmful output; you are responsible for reviewing results before acting on them. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
